eanrehc’s Terms of ServiceCommissioning me means you understand and agree to my Terms of Service.
1. USE: Personal or commercial
• Personal use examples: icon, illustration to be posted on social media for your own character or Vtuber model.
• Types of commercial use allowed: opening/ending screen for streaming (2x price), YouTube thumbnail (2x price), goods for merch (3x price)
• No NFTs. If intended use is not on the list, ask me for clarification.
• Only digital art will be provided. No prints or any physical product is to be shipped.
2. COMMISSION TYPES AND PRICES: List below only applies to personal use. For commercial use, please contact me via e-mail.
Skeb-style: no updates, only the finished commission will be provided. Must have clear picture/s of the character you want me to draw. No prompts and revisions. I decide the setting and pose your character will be in.

• Bust-up: 15 USD
• Waist-up: 20 USD

• Half-body: 70 USD
Full Illustration
• Bust-up, per character: 100 USD

• For regular type, the base price increases depending on complexity of designs, parts (bust, waist, thigh up, or full body), number of characters, objects, so DM or e-mail me for a quote.
3. PAYMENT: Done through ko-fi (USD only). This is only done once I approve your commission request, and it should be paid in full upfront.
• No refunds unless I’m unable to finish your commission within 2 months after payment date (100% refund).
• Commissioning me means you agree not to file chargebacks at any point of the commission process.
4. CONTACT / COMMISSION REQUEST FORM: Please indicate the following and send them to my twitter/IG DMs or [email protected].
• purpose (personal or commercial) If commercial, state exactly for what use. (ex. Youtube cover thumbnail illustration)
• detailed references (ex. Attire, props, character reference sheet, you can send a link or a photo attachment)
• e-mail address (this is where I will send the final high-res files.)If you availed of regular-type commissions, you can also send the following if you wish.• idea about the setting of the character (ex. Lighting, pose, background color, color palette, vibe or atmosphere, what you’d like to emphasize)
• size and orientation. If you want your illustration to have specific dimensions or aspect ratio, let me know (ex. Canvas size or ratio: 3000 x 3750 px, 300 dpi).Note: I can decline a commission request if I'm not comfortable/confident enough to do it.
• WILL DRAW: Original characters/Vtubers (only if it already has a visual reference, written references won’t do), Fan art
• WON’T DRAW: NSFW, mecha, guns, instruments, gore, elderly, real people, animals, overly complicated backgrounds, furry. I’m okay with just tails and ears on humans though (not furry faces or physique)
5. PROCESS:
Regular type: Request approval > Full payment > Rough sketch > Color draft > Final rendering > Sending finished commission.
Skeb-style: Request approval > Full payment > Sending finished commission
Regular
• You will be given a draft according to what you’ve described on your commission request, so it’s better to clearly state what you want in it if it’s specific.
• Up to 2 major revisions (like changing the pose, composition, angle, color scheme, lighting) can be done, but only during the rough sketch and color draft stage. Response is expected within 48 hours when I send the draft/s for you to approve. If no response is done, I will proceed.Skeb-style

6. TIME: How soon I finish your request depends on its complexity, commission queue and my personal schedule. Soonest is 5 days after payment date, but keep in mind that all illustrations regardless of type may take a maximum of 2 months after payment date. Regardless I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission based on the process listed above (if you availed of regular type commission).
7. COPYRIGHT: I retain the rights to the final illustration and the WIPs, meaning I am allowed to post your commission publicly (including WIPs), and use it in the future for self-promotion or portfolio. However, you can tell me if you don’t want me to post the WIPs until a certain time (ex. If it’s for commercial use, you can ask me not to post about it until its release date) and we can discuss.
• Posting your commission is okay. Credit to my social media is appreciated but not required.
8. Changes in the terms will only apply to transactions that are completed after said changes, so clients who avail of commissions before the change will have to refer to the copy of the ToS that was included in their invoice.
